Who is Edun CRM for?
Recruitment agencies that deal with complex, compliance-heavy work. We started in education recruitment and it is our primary market, but we are building Edun CRM for any agency that needs it.
Can we move our existing data into Edun CRM?
Yes. We can do a bespoke migration with our migration tooling, or you can import your data yourself using our import pro-formas.
Do candidates need an app to complete onboarding?
They do not need an app. You send an onboarding link by email, and by text message where the candidate's preferences allow, and they complete it in a browser on any device.
How does Edun CRM help with compliance?
It keeps each candidate's checks, documents and references in one place, so you can see what is outstanding and what is about to expire. It also chases outstanding references, expired documents and compliance deadlines. Edun supports your compliance process, and your team stays in charge of it.
Can we send DBS applications through Edun CRM?
Yes. You can send DBS applications through our Matrix integration and follow their progress without leaving Edun CRM.
What kinds of bookings can we manage?
Daily bookings, long-term placements, permanent placements, tuition, interviews and trial days. You can send confirmations to clients and candidates from your own templates.
How do timesheets work?
Candidates and clients submit and approve timesheets online, so you spend less time chasing them.
Can we invoice clients from Edun CRM?
Yes. You can create and send invoices to your clients, connect Xero, and export payment runs for payroll.
What does Edun CRM connect to?
Xero and Quba for finance, Microsoft Outlook for email, CloudCall and Dialpad for calls, CV-Library for job postings and Matrix for DBS, and more! You can see them on our About page. You can also build your own connections with the Edun API.
Does Edun CRM have an API?
Yes. The Edun API lets approved applications work with records held in Edun, such as candidates, clients, vacancies and bookings, using OAuth 2.0. Access is by request. See the Edun API page.
How does candidate search work?
Search for candidates using natural language, with Candidate AI helping identify relevant matches beyond exact search terms. You can also search by location.
Can we control what each person sees?
Yes. You set permissions for each user, so people only see and do what their role needs, for example only their own clients.
Is our data secure?
Everyone signs in with two-step verification, and you control who can see and do what with user permissions. We operate in a secure cloud based environment, multiple failovers, scaling rules and have a dedicated security tools in place.
Do we need to install anything, and how long does it take to get started?
No, Edun CRM runs in your browser. Getting started varies depending on your business requirements, you could be up and running within a few hours!
